Dayal, a young creative director, took to Instagram to share his story of how behavior at home changed after he left his job. In the video, Dayal says that he had left the job three days ago and has been at home since then. When he returned home during his job, his mother would lovingly ask, “Would you like one more roti or two?” At that time he felt that he was important for the family because he was earning money and also getting respect.
